Working principles
His career began in 1993 aboard traditional wooden yachts, where hands-on shipyard work and daily life at sea built a foundation that no classroom can replace.
He progressed from cabin boy to deckhand, able seaman and acting captain before taking command of private and charter motor yachts. Today his work combines bridge leadership with technical, regulatory, financial and people management.
His approach is straightforward: understand the vessel, anticipate risk, protect the owner's interests and create the conditions for crew and guests to experience the sea with confidence.
